From Jfk International Airport: Start Out Going North On 134th Street Toward South Conduit Ave/ Ny-27 E/ South Conduit Blvd. Turn Right Onto South Conduit Ave/ Ny-27 E/ South Conduit Blvd. Continue To Follow South Conduit Ave/ Ny-27 E, Then Turn A Slight Right Onto The Ramp. After 1/10 Of A Mile Take A Left Onto 150th Street. Almost Immediately Take Another Left Onto North Conduit Ave/ Ny-27 West. After 1/10 Of A Mile Merge Onto Van Wyck Expressway/I-678 North (Via The Ramp On The Left). Continue For Six Miles Then Merge Onto I-495 West Via Exit 12b (Portions Toll) And Keep Left At The Fork In The Ramp.
